  Hello,

  I just bought these gloves WED'ZE RNS JR 600 Selfheat II  for my son, who is going snowboarding. So I was very surprised to see online that they're not designed for snowboard use! Should I take them back to the shop? The sales assistant in store said they would be fine for snowboarding.

  Hello,

  These gloves are indeed not designed for snowboarding. If they are used for snowboarding, there is a risk over time of premature wear on some parts. For our snowboarding gloves, we use specific reinforcements on friction zones.

  If you want to use the gloves for intensive snowboarding, I strongly suggest you go back to the store and exchange them.

  I bought an audio jacket and want to know if there's an accessory to use it with an iPhone instead of an iPod.

  Thank you for your interest in our brands.
   
  You can naturally use your iPhone with Wed'ze audio jackets.
  On older models, plug the connector into the jack on the bottom of your iPhone (same as if you were charging it). On this year's model, the FS1, connect to the jack on top of your iPhone and plug your earphones into the connector in the jacket.
  With the FS9, plug into the jack and your iPhone will ask if you want to disconnect from the network; choose No. In any case, the audio functions in these jackets only enables track navigation, audio and mute controls.
